Terms of Service
Demo Environment Notice: This service (chat.eet.kr) and the documents below are provided for demonstration purposes only and carry no legal effect. Do not upload sensitive business materials or personal information. All stored data may be deleted without notice. Formal agreements and policies will be established separately upon product adoption.
Article 1 (Operation and Inquiries)
- This service is provided solely for demonstration and functional verification purposes, omitting statutory operator disclosures required by applicable laws.
- All inquiries regarding service usage and operation are received through the in-service contact page (/contact).
- The operator reviews submitted inquiries and responds sequentially in accordance with internal procedures.
Article 2 (Effect and Modification of Terms)
These Terms become effective upon being posted on the service screen or made accessible through linked pages. The Company may amend these Terms whenever operational needs arise. When modifying the Terms, the Company will announce key details on the service screen at least 7 days before the effective date. Users who do not agree to the amended Terms must discontinue use and delete their account.
Article 3 (Prohibition on Uploading Actual Business Data and Personal Information)
Because this service is provided for demonstration and evaluation purposes, users must not upload actual business files or materials containing another person's personal information.
- Uploading trade secrets, customer lists, or internal confidential files is strictly prohibited.
- Uploading files containing information that can identify specific individuals, such as resident registration numbers, phone numbers, or addresses, is strictly prohibited.
- Users must upload only mock data or test files necessary for checking functionality.
- All legal responsibilities for data leaks, disputes, or damages resulting from a violation of this Article rest entirely with the user who uploaded the material.
Article 4 (Account and Password Management)
Users must provide accurate information when registering an account and must not misappropriate another person's information. The user bears full responsibility for managing their ID and password and must not transfer or lend them to third parties. Any disadvantages caused by neglect of account management or unauthorized use shall be borne by the user. Users who become aware of account theft or leakage must notify the Company immediately and follow its guidance.
Article 5 (Provision, Modification, and Suspension of Service)
Because this service is for demonstration and evaluation, the Company does not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted operation. The Company may modify all or part of the service for system maintenance, enhancements, bug fixes, or operational needs. The Company may temporarily suspend or terminate the service without prior notice. The Company bears no liability for any outcomes resulting from service modification or suspension.
Article 6 (Data Deletion and Storage Responsibility)
Data, files, and outputs stored in the service may be deleted without prior notice. The Company undertakes no obligation for permanent retention or automatic backup of demonstration data. Users must store any required data on their local computers or external storage in advance. The Company bears no liability or compensation obligation for data deletion, loss, or corruption.
Article 7 (Ownership and Use of Rights)
Copyright in files and posts uploaded directly by users remains with the respective users. The Company may view or process user materials internally within the system strictly for demonstration, operational maintenance, service improvement, and error diagnosis. Users must not upload materials that infringe on the intellectual property rights of third parties. Files reported for intellectual property infringement may be removed or blocked without prior notice.
Article 8 (Prohibited Activities)
Users shall not engage in any of the following activities while using the service:
- Probing system vulnerabilities or imposing abnormal load on the servers.
- Distributing viruses, malicious code, or hacking tools, or attempting unauthorized system intrusion.
- Collecting data using automated tools (such as crawlers or scripts) without prior approval from the Company.
- Impersonating other persons or distributing illegal or inappropriate content.
Article 9 (Indemnification and Disclaimer)
This service is a demonstration tool provided free of charge on an "AS-IS" basis. The Company does not warrant completeness, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or continuity of service. The Company is not liable for damages caused by natural disasters, telecommunications failures, system maintenance, or data loss. The Company is fully exempt from liability for any disputes arising from user violations of these Terms.
Article 10 (Dispute Resolution and Governing Law)
The interpretation of these Terms and any disputes between the Company and users shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. In the event of a dispute regarding service use, the parties shall endeavor to resolve it through mutual consultation. If a lawsuit is filed because an agreement cannot be reached, the competent court having jurisdiction over the Company's headquarters shall be the exclusive court of first instance.
Supplementary Provisions These Terms take effect on September 11, 2026.
